Eyes On The Road Wins Audience Choice Award

Students from Elizabeth High School Film Club partnered with Elizabeth Firefighters to produce a movie on the growing problem of teens distracted or texting while driving. The film is called “Eyes on the Road”

Members of the Elizabeth Firefighters stated, “The film club did a great job and we were honored to play a part in the film.” Dan Marcus, teacher sponsor for the film club, said, “I am so proud of my Film Club students for their hard work and dedication in sending out such an important public service message.”

The film was posted on the Elizabeth Fire Facebook page and had over 5800 views just within a few days of the posting.

“Eyes on the Road”, the Public Service Announcement, received the “Audience Choice Award” at the Colorful Colorado Film Festival for Youth, held at the SIE Center in Denver on May 21, 2015.
