The Salvation Army Deployed to Feed First Responders at Pueblo Fire

The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services team from El Paso County was deployed Sunday, April 19, 2015 at 7:15am to feed first responders for the fire burning at 1801 South Lacrosse, Pueblo, CO.  It was reported that more than 50 firefighters and crews have been called in to keep the fire from spreading.

        Emergency Disaster Services is one of the many services provided by The Salvation Army. In an emergency, The Salvation Army’s first goal is to meet the basic needs of first responders and those affected by the emergency. The second goal is to assist with the recovery, which can last for years.
