“Empire” co-star, actor Rafael de la Fuente has signed to be represented by Entertainment management firmLatin World Entertainment (LWE). The firm is owned by Luis Balaguer and Sofia Vergara, de la Fuente was formerly represented by Entertainment Lab.
“We are excited to add Rafael to the LWE roster of outstanding Hispanic talent that is changing the face of TV,” said manager Mari Urdaneta. “Rafael is a known triple threat, having had leading roles in addition to singing and dancing.”
De la Fuente has been based out of Los Angeles since 2013 after enchanting audiences with his magic on the Nickelodeon series “Every Witch Way.” He had his general market scripted series debut as Jamal Lyon’s love interest, Michael, on the hit series “Empire.” As the only lead Hispanic actor on season one, he captivated the fans facing the struggles of a relationship with public figure, Jamal Lyon, while trying to win approval from Cookie and Lucious Lyon. Manager Urdaneta added, “Rafael is a very versatile actor and we very excited to be part of his continued growth and success.”
