The New Horizons Band of Colorado Springs will be performing their Spring 2015 Concert on Friday night, March 20th, at 7:30 p.m.  Location will be the Lloyd Shaw Auditorium on the Campus of Cheyenne Mountain High School, 1200 Cresta Road.

Both the Concert and Symphonic Bands will be playing with a surprise presentation celebrating 13 years of music by these groups as prepared by Steve Paradis and Kathy Russell.  Both are members of the Symphonic Band, and their work will be  the pre-show entertainment

that will also run during Intermission.

The Concert Band will be performing music from marches and patriotic to folk-style and percussive numbers…while the Symphonic Band is prepared to play music from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Aaron Copland — with a little Sousa, etc. in between.  Both Ed Nuccio, Music Director of these groups, and Rob Rodine, Guest Conductor, will be on the evening’s program.

We think you’ll find this upcoming performance fun and very entertaining.  Tickets are available from members or at the door at a cost of $2 per person.
