Each class is open to all fitness levels and begins at 7 a.m. (doors open at 6). Attendees can also enjoy the marketplace on the Upper Plaza presented by Whole Foods Market for free food and beverage samples at the conclusion of each class.
“Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre is an inspiring setting,” said Amy Lindsey, who manages Yoga on the Rocks and the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge for Denver Arts & Venues. “We are so thrilled to again offer these yoga classes in such a great environment.”
Classes will be taught by CorePower Yoga instructors Chelsea Jasin (Northern/Southern Colorado Regional Manager), Kristal Boska (LoHi Studio Manager), Kathryn Smith (Grant Studio Manager) and Joy Shanley (South Boulder Studio Manager).
“We are honored to participate in Yoga on the Rocks for the second year,” CPY Marketing Director Holly Georgelos said. “It is a true pleasure to be a part of the Red Rocks experience and share our love of yoga in a unique way with the Colorado community. We encourage new and experienced yogis to come out and join us for these exhilarating classes. We promise the view won’t disappoint!”
