National Health Center Week Schedule of Events

 

Aug. 11-17, 2013, is National Health Center Week (NHCW), dedicated to recognizing the service and contributions of community, migrant, homeless, and school-based Community Health Centers (CHCs). This year’s theme, “Celebrating America’s Health Centers: Transforming Health Care in Our Local Communities,” highlights the multitude of ways in which America’s Health Centers are transforming communities through providing high quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care. Helena Re-Inauguration Celebration

Salud’s 7th Annual Community Walk and Block Party

Salud is hosting its seventh annual Fort Collins Block Party, a community health fair which offers low-cost immunizations and free medical screenings. The fair also introduces new populations to Salud’s community partners to reduce barriers to health care.  The day starts with a 3K walk in the neighborhood surrounding the Salud’s Fort Collins Health Center.
