After extensive development of a national campaign, the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center will launch the search for a new executive director on July 1, 2013.
A committee composed of both members of the Arts Center Board of Trustees and Arts Center staff has led the development portion of the search. In addition, the board has secured the services of Denise Clark, a non-profit consultant from Denver, to assist in the search process. Board President Steve Miller stated “Denise’s client list includes many organizations throughout the state and her effective expertise in board development and strategies has made her an exceptional partner in this search endeavor. She will work in concert with our interim executive director Linda Boedeker.”
A public meeting has been scheduled for July 9, 2013 at 5:30 pm at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center for anyone who is interested in learning about the executive search process. The meeting will be held in the Magic Carpet Theater in the Buell Children’s Museum. All community members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Interested parties may apply for the executive director position through July 29, 2013 on the Arts Center’s website at www.SangredeCristoArts.org.
