Second Quarterly Outreach Meeting Scheduled at Westminster City Hall
The 17-member FasTracks Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), which advises the Regional Transportation District (RTD) on matters relating to RTD’s voter-approved FasTracks program, will hold its second mobile quarterly meeting Wednesday, June 26, in Westminster. The meeting will be held noon to 2 p.m. at the Westminster City Hall, Council Chambers, 4800 W. 92nd Ave.
The CAC takes its quarterly outreach meetings to different locations around the region to make it easier for the public to offer input on FasTracks and receive updates on the rapid transit program.
“The RTD FasTracks program is progressing rapidly and we want to make sure the public is aware of all that is happening while also giving local communities a chance to provide us with input,” said David Lewis, who shares CAC co-chair duties with Hugh Wilson.
The June 26 meeting will provide updates on:
- Northwest Area Mobility Study
- U.S. 36 bus rapid transit, or BRT
The Westminster City Hall is accessible by RTD bus routes. For RTD trip planning, visit www.rtd-denver.com.
