Twenty years can be easily mentioned, but in the case of the group LA APUESTA, two decades are a time to have experienced it all – joy, sorrow, difficulty as well as much success and many satisfactions, which is why the band has decided to celebrate this milestone anniversary with a new album.
“20 Years TU y YO” (“20 Years You and I”) is the title of the 12-song album coming out tomorrow in Mexico and the United States, featuring covers that have been successful in the voices of artists in the 80s and 90s.
The first single off of LA APUESTA to be released to radio is “Piensan Que Soy Tu Ex Amor,” a song written by Joan Sebastian and performed with the characteristic style of the group that hails from Sierra de Juárez, Oaxaca.
The current single, “Tu y Yo”, is one of the first hit songs by Mexican crooner Emmanuel, and it is already playing all over the radio. “20 Años Tu Y Yo” will be released in digital and physical formats.
