Registration opens Friday; limited to 400 participants
The third annual HealthONE Red Rocks Fitness Challenge will take place April 27-July 27, when 400 participants will set personal wellness goals, achieved with the help of a team of professional trainers, a medical doctor and nutritionist.
In partnership with Denver Parks and Recreation, the Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre’s legendary stage and steps will turn into an outdoor gym, complete with circuit training stations, hiking, yoga and more, one morning each weekend for three months. The Denver Parks and Recreation fitness team has developed a program to meet all exercise skills levels.
Registration begins this Friday, March 15 at www.Facebook.com/RedRocksFitnessChallenge. The program is limited to the first 400 registrants and will sell out quickly. The fee is $200 and includes a t-shirt, awards and opportunities to win excellent prize packages. Prizes include Southwest Airlines tickets, Red Rocks VIP concert packages, Denver Parks and Recreation memberships, rounds of golf, personal training sessions and more.
The fitness challenge is open to anyone looking to improving their overall health and wellness. A HealthONE medical expert and 14 certified personal trainers will guide participants through the 12-week program.
