Kids Night Out
Friday, April 5, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Come experience the nature center and park after hours!  Following a hot dog cook out, children age 6-10 will explore the trails, learn about animals in the night, make a craft, enjoy a puppet show and more!  ($15.00/member, $17.00/nonmember, Reservations required, call 520-6387)
Who Calls a Tree Home?
Saturday, April 13, 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Some animals live their entire lives in a tree while others use trees as a home base or only for a temporary need.  Join us for this fun program filled with activities, a craft and a hike suited for families with young children. ($4.00/member, $5.00/nonmember, Reservations required, 520-6387)
Bear Creek Nature Explorers – Who Lives in a Tree?
Thursday, April 18, 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.
Children, ages 4 – 5 with an adult, will enjoy hands-on activities, puppet shows, crafts, and a hike. ($4.00/person including adults and siblings, Reservations required, 520-6387)
Birding for Beginners 101 Course
Thursday Classes, April 18, May 2 & 16, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday Field Trips, April 20 & May 4 & 18, 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.
This series is designed for beginning and intermediate bird watchers to learn the basics of birding and to develop and improve skills in identifying birds by sight and sound. ($50.00/member, $60.00/nonmember, Reservations required, 520-6387)
Little Wonders – Things Green
Thursday, April 25, 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.
