The Spanish singing sensation delighted the crowd in Miami’s American Airlines Arena as he performed Alejandro Sanz’s “Y si fuera ella”

One of the evening’s most emotional moments at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards last night saw David Bisbal performing “Y si fuera ella,” a song that the singer himself has defined as “one of the best songs written in recent years,” and added, “This is my personal tribute to my friend and fellow artist Alejandro Sanz.” David Bisbal’s legendary voice ran out on stage in a powerful, heartfelt rendition of the song that captivated the audience in the America Airlines Arena in Miami, and the millions of viewers watching live in the US and Latin America on Univision. Alejandro Sanz had a front-row view of Bisbal’s performance, and leapt to his feet and then onto the stage for a warm embrace with David Bisbal as the song was coming to an end. The image will go down in the history of the 25th  anniversary of the Premio Lo Nuestro awards, a celebration of the best Latin musicians.

David Bisbal will be back promoting his imminent 2013 US & Canada Acoustic Tour today with a guest star performance on “Despierta América” and a visit to “Sábado Gigante” tomorrow.  Next week, the Spanish artist will be performing on “Esta Noche Tu Night” on Mega TV, CNN en Español and “Un nuevo día” on Telemundo. David Bisbal will be interviewed by the leading media outlets in the 11 cities his tour will be touching down in from March 1 through to March 17, before heading to Buenos Aires for two dates at the emblematic Luna Park. Yesterday, David Bisbal’s song “Hasta el final,” one of the main tracks on the Canal 13 telenovela “Solamente Vos,” ranked #1 on iTunes in Argentina.
