Lamborn Welcomes New Staff & New DC Office

New Chief of Staff,  District Director, Field Director, Executive Assistant

Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-05) announces the following staff changes:

New Chief of Staff: Adam Magary

Adam Magary is a 15-year veteran of Capitol Hill, having served for the last 10 years as chief of staff for Congressman Don Manzullo of Illinois.  In addition to Manzullo, Magary previously worked for Congressman Jim Ryun of Kansas and was a senior policy advisor on the House Small Business Committee. Magary has a long record of successful leadership, passionate advocacy, and constituent service. He is a respected constitutional conservative who shares Congressman Lamborn’s commitment to limited government. Magary graduated from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois in 1997. He and his wife have three young and are active at McLean Bible Church.

New District Director: Neal Schuerer

Neal Schuerer who comes from The Navigators Christian Ministries where he served as director of development. Schuerer served in the Iowa State Senate for eight years before moving to Colorado in 2006.  Schuerer is respected by his colleagues as a coalition builder and problem solver. Schuerer also helped Iowa develop it’s 2006 Pledge for Progress, a road map for economic prosperity. Schuerer has been married for 35 years. He and his wife have two grown children and three grandchildren.

New Field Director: Robin Coran

Robin Coran is a long-time leader in Colorado conservative politics. Coran served as campaign manager for Congressman Lamborn in 2008 and 2012. Over the years, Coran has served as field coordinator for U.S. Senate candidate Ken Buck and U.S. Presidential candidate Rick Santorum. Coran served five years on both the Fountain Chamber of Commerce and the Fountain Planning Commission. Coran is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference for conservative issues. Coran is married with two grown children and is an active member of Fountain Faith Fellowship Church.

New Executive Assistant: Lulie DiMauro

Lulie DiMauro has 12 years of political and private sector experience specializing in executive support, political management, and policy writing. DiMauro has worked on several presidential campaigns including former Senator Bob Dole, President George W. Bush, and most recently for Governor Mitt Romney. DiMauro also worked on the campaigns of Governor Bill Owens, Senator Wayne Allard, and Rep. Bob Beauprez from Colorado. DiMauro’s previous Hill experience includes working in several Republican offices as a senior legislative assistant. DiMauro is a 2004 graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is married and active in her church.
