LO DIJE POR BOCA DE OTRO was produced by Coti himself and includes collaborations with Fito Páez and Enrique Iglesias
Los Angeles, CA (Tuesday, August 14, 2012) Today Coti’s sixth album, “Lo Dije Por Boca De Otro”, is on sale. It is an album that was missing in his career in order to have a complete vision of his extraordinary ability to create songs.
“Lo Dije Por Boca De Otro” comes under a new and creative concept, where Coti reinterprets songs that he composed for other artists that have transcended the boundaries, marking eras and trends in different parts of the world. Some of these songs have been discovered little by little, like the first single, “¿Dónde Están Corazón?” featuring Enrique Iglesias, “Color Esperanza”, “Lento”, and “Te Quise Tanto”, while the album is completed by “Ayúdame”, “Luz De Día”, “Andar Conmigo”, “Me Muero de Amor”, “Algo Está Cambiando” and “Donde Van”. The songs in “Lo Dije Por Boca De Otro” interpreted by others, now revolutionized with Coti’s indisputably unique sound.
Produced by Coti himself, “Lo Dije Por Boca De Otro” was recorded and mixed in Madrid, and mastered in New York by Tom Coyne (Adele, Usher, Beyoncé) and features special guests like Fito Paez and Enrique Iglesias, resulting in this collection of popular songs first heard on the lips of its author, who surprised with his performances and the variety of arrangements, which shed new and fascinating light on thisextraordinary and emotional material.
“… This was a very difficult challenge that was born long ago and that went very well. The truth is I’m very happy, because I feel that the songs shifted to a place I feel very comfortable …” said Coti.
