Colorado State Patrol At Old Chicago

Officers of the Colorado State Patrol will be accompanied by Special Olympic athletes this Saturday, August 25th at the Old Chicago restaurants in Greeley, Westminster, Silverthorne, Fort Collins, Southlands Mall/Aurora, Loveland and Grand Junction as part of the annual Colorado Special Olympics Law Enforcement Tip A Cop program.

“It is a wonderful way for anyone to enjoy a meal at Old Chicago and to help this outstanding program by just tipping a cop, after tipping their regular waiter,” said Colonel James Wolfinbarger, Chief of the Colorado State Patrol. “I’ll personally be working at the Westminster Old Chicago and will be happy to serve their patrons and hopefully get a tip that will help provide the many athletic opportunities for these individuals to participate in throughout the year.”

More than 12,000 Special Olympic Athletes in Colorado will benefit from the !00% of customer’s “special” tips to CSP officers that will be on hand to serve up information on the Special Olympic Colorado programs along with their side kick Special Olympic athletes.
