52nd Annual Colorado Springs Street Breakfast Rides Again

Pikes Peak Or Bust RodeoColorado Springs (CO) –  The 52nd annual Colorado Springs Street Breakfast is gearing up for another historic event on June 20, 2012. The breakfast serves as the official send-off of 160 riders on the 64th Pikes Peak Range Ride. The ride is in support of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Days and to honor and perpetuate the western heritage of our region.

The Colorado Springs Street Breakfast once again takes place from 5:30-9:00 a.m. at the corner of Pikes Peak and Tejon in downtown Colorado Springs. The $5 breakfast has been prepared and served by Fort Carson volunteers since its beginning and includes eggs, pancakes, milk, coffee, and juice. Tokens for the breakfast may be purchased from Sertoma Club members in the Pikes Peak region, downtown the morning of the breakfast, or at Springs Spree.  All proceeds from the breakfast go to benefit military charities. The breakfast is free to children under five.
