Acacia Park Summer Concert Series

The Modbo and the Colorado Springs Downtown Business Improvement District proudly present the second ever Acacia Park Summer Concert Series.  Please join us for two hours of free, live music by great local bands, most Saturdays in June and August from 6 to 8 pm!  A full schedule is available at http://www.downtown80903.com/events/acacia-park-summer-concert-series  and is also included below.  This year’s concerts are generously underwritten by Freedom Financial Services, The Gazette, the City of Colorado Springs, and the Downtown Business Improvement District.  Sound for the series will be provided by Russell Tellup of Hard Act Entertainment, www.DJScoloradosprings.com.

The series kicks off at 6 pm on Saturday, June 2nd. You’ll hear The Water Bear with Kellie Palmblad followed by The Mitguards.  Bring a picnic, your dog, your whole family! Afterwards, join us for the official afterparty in the alley just west of the park.  Briffaut, the Conjugal Visits, and Government Camp will begin playing at 8 pm in the spaces behind ReMax and The Modbo. Don’t miss these great nights of fun, free music!
